Home page

The page at /stellaradmin

In Development, the panel's home page is a setup checklist. It shows what you've configured so far (resources, authorization, branding, the user menu, a theme and the sidebar), with the code for each step and instructions you can hand to a coding agent.

In other environments, it links to the resources the user can open.

To see the production page in Development, turn the checklist off:

admin.ConfigureHomePage(home => home.ShowSetupChecklist = false);

Your own home page

Add Areas/StellarAdmin/Views/Home/Index.cshtml to your app, and it replaces the home page everywhere:

Areas/StellarAdmin/Views/Home/Index.cshtml
@inject VoyagerDbContext Db
@{
    ViewData["Title"] = "Dashboard";
    var pending = Db.Bookings.Count(booking => booking.Status == BookingStatus.Pending);
}

<sa-page-container>
    <sa-page-header>
        <sa-page-header-title>Welcome back</sa-page-header-title>
    </sa-page-header>
    <sa-card>
        <sa-card-header>
            <sa-card-title>@pending bookings waiting for confirmation</sa-card-title>
        </sa-card-header>
    </sa-card>
</sa-page-container>

Don't declare a @model: the page's model is internal. Inject what you need, or use a view component. The folder needs the view imports.

There's no dashboard or widget API yet. Build the page from StellarAdmin.UI components.
